Received an email saying that I have 3 serious allegations against my name.  I have a loan which I don't have, with Cash NET USA.  I am unemployed and they say it has my employers information.

    It's a shakedown scam..
    Based on the wording, and their use of free email like gmail, it's probably one of those overseas scammers.
    Ignore them.
    They're fakes.
