Ripoff

This is the worst washer I have ever used. Most loads, no matter what size do not have enough water to wash the clothes. Many times half the load comes out dry..uncleared.  It may be water efficient but it takes TWICE as long to wash a load than any other washer I've ever used. LOUD machine...great for a sound proof laundry room. Now it forgets what cycle it's on... piece of crap from the money we paid . I wish I had my 40 year old washer we replaced it with which was still going strong. We replaced the washer when our dyer finally gave in. Ours is less than 5 years old. UNACCEPTABLE!!!
