I have watched and listened to my daughter wait on hold, talk purposefully without success four times to try to have her iPhone 4 unlocked before she starts to travel.
Of course, this has taken 4 calls, each about 40 minutes in duration, being passed around Rogers call centre all to find out that she must wait 90 days as they cannot seem to find her phone registered in their system.
We're does 90 days come from, who cares if they have it registered, they can identify her as a user of their network so unlock it for goodness sakes....
Once again, rogers proves to be a customer unfriendly provider of mediocre service at exorbitant prices.
Please bring in Verizon, AT&T, and any other competitors that will put some pressure on Rogers to perform.
