The "CBE Group" calls my home numerous times during the day. This is harrasment. They want to know if you want an "an account number"?????? who are these people??? It seems they are just trying to persuede someone to give out their information.

Send them notice, via certified mail, notifying them that you have been receiving harassing calls from them but they have refused to disclose why they are calling, that you have received no letters from them, that you dispute any alleged debt and demand validation, and that it is inconvenient for you to receive their calls at any time.

If you have further problems with harassing calls, contact an attorney, as you can sue them for violating FDCPA, for harassment, failure to validate, failure to send a "g" letter, and ignoring your limited cease communications letter.
