I received a message from A Daniel Wiseman saying that he was with the internal revenue services legal department and that I had a filed case against me he explained that I needed to call because the matter was time sensitive and he explained if he did not hear from my attorney that he wished me luck on what was about to unfold upon me he gave me a case number of CF93271

You can find youtube videos of their calls.
Some are set up as "businesses", complete with call centers, "receptionists", "agents", etc, taking payment for "delinquent taxes" in iTunes cards.
IRS isn't going to send you an email out of the blue.
They send notices by US Mail.
Ignore them.
