Bad product

Cetennial washer mod# mvwc300xwo.is the worst.I am Maytag loyal but I never should of replaced my old washer.all this time and never was told about reset codes YouTube has it but I am still wasting my life to get this working right even still.your factory authorized store just kept telling me 3 plus hours was the normal wash time and what a great job it does is why.but sopping wet or soapy wet isn't a great job at all.I know I was burned ripped off took advantage of with this washer and factory authorized store to the point of burnt once not again.I don't have the money to replace what I was told a 10 year investment of quality.shame on you.
