    I got the sms saying that I ve won 1.000000 one million South african rands in 2012 mobile draw in South africa . To claim the prize contact Dr Albert Cox +27732333445 or wincnn@hotmail.com.co.za plz tell me anybody with info in this regards whether it is true storie or one of the Nigerian tricks online as they demand me to pay fees first the insurance fees and my bank details before the prize can be release from Citibank UK  why can they not subtract these fees from my winnings if it is true   My email addres is martinaoseb@yahoo.com
