Hello, I just received a VM threatening me with a law suit from a Meyers Litigation from a Direct Cash Loan between the dates of 2008-2012. I called them back and they explained to me they could not give me the exact date. They asked me about a bank I previously had 10 plus years ago. They explained if I did not get back with them by 10am tomorrow I would be receiving a court date to appear for a Direct Cash Loan. They told me i would have fraud on my background check if i did not resolve this. Can this be legitimate?

    SCAM - IF there was a problem, you would NOT have a warning call.

      Got the same call. Did anything come of it or did anything happen?

    I received the same call from "Meyers Litigation" saying that I took out a online loan through Direct Cash Loans between 2008 -2012 (they couldn't give a me a exact date) and that my account was close (which it was) but not to keep them from getting a payment but any way I don't remember any of this occurring
