continuous annoying calls

For more than a year I have received calls from "Rachel," "Anne," and now from "Andrew" on both my home phone and my cell.  I received one gratuitous call from Michael; I had spoken with him earlier in the day when I elected to speak to a live body.  He identified himself, but when he realized I was objecting to the calls, he hung up on me.  Later he called back and read the usual spiel, but it was not a recorded message; one could tell that the call was live, made solely to annoy.  We are on the Do Not Call list, which the company ignores.  I have repeatedly used option 3 to ask that I receive no more calls, but the calls keep coming, daily, and sometimes more than one a day.
