Scam to Hook you for Internet Advertising

Scam Alert! Received a phone call from guy representing himself as YP mobile advertising, asking me to renew or cancel our google, etc. advertising. He said we had agreed to a 90-day free trial 15 months ago and had been advertising since then. I told him we didn't know we had it, and did not want to continue for several hundred dollars a year. He said, no problem, we will discontinue your service...just need to put me on hold to generate a cancellation number and then record my answer to a few questions. I asked him if there was a charge, and he said no charge for cancellation, but they typically invoice at the end of the term, so we would be getting an invoice for the previous year...again said he needed to record my authorization to cancel. He put me on hold and when he came back on, he instructed me to just answer yes or no to the few questions. At the first question, I said, "No, we did not know we had the advertising; No, we did not authorize the advertising; No, we will not be paying a bill for any such advertising; and, please do not contact us in the future." He hung up.
