The person at nungambakkam Accel India service center refused to take our cell phone (Sony Ericsson k750i )for repair under warranty. He would not explain to us much except that it was our fault that the cell phone is not functioning. I don't believe so. The phone is 5 months old and I am not doing anything to shorten its life span. It was very unprofessional and I didn't expect to receive this treatment at an authorized Sony Ericsson service center.

    Hello.

    If you have a valid receipt showing the unit is still under warranty, first file a complaint with Sony-Ericcson customer service and ream the service centre you went to.  Just because their miserable, don't mean they can treat people like that.

    Then go back to the same store and speak to the store owner or manager and keep complaining loudly in the store until they fix it.
