To add to all the complaints....I ordered a pair of sunglasses for fathers day as a gift from my daughter...I placed the order 11 day's before fathers day...Fathers day came and went and no sunglasses, no call, no shipping confirmation...nothing. After waiting a few more day's I started trying to call them..no answer, ever, finally I did get them on the phone and they pulled up my order only to tell me " oh we ordered them and they should be here within 7 to ten day's (not here as in my house,here as in their store)" Needless to say , it would have been nice to inform me of this and give me the option of FINDING SOMEWHERE ELSE TO SHOP !!! I do all my shopping online and this is by far the worst experience yet...Who cares if you are "a small uniquely holistic retailer" you are not the only small retailer online and you need to step it up...I would have to agree with everyone else and say that you are uniquely incompetent ! Thanks for nothing...
