DEBT RELIEF SCAM
Complaint

Kema debt called me at home. They promised me debt relief. They took all of my credit card and banking information by phone. The employee stated that he will charge me $800.00 and save me a minimum of $2500. He promised that he will collect the $800 only after he saves me a minimum of $2500. We spent hours on the phone negotiating with the card holders without success. I requested that we try again the following day. They made several attempts to take approx $1000 from my credit card while I was on the phone! The only thing that saved me was that the card they used was expired. When that failed they offered to give me a consolidation loan with a major financial institution where I will pay one payment with a low interest rate. They called and said you are approved 15 minutes later. They called a lawyer in which finalized the approval by phone. At this point they hit me for $1700. $700 to the law group in which was supposed to go towards my debt. At this point I find out the approval was a lie. A third company was going to take money from my account monthly and pay each cardholder. I was doing that already I applied to get a lower payment. With the $50 a month processing fee over 54 months my $800 loan turned into $4400 for someone to pay the bills that I was already paying. Hold on I'm not finished, they told me that after I joined I didn't have to make any more payments. Every bill came with a late fee and the last person I talked to said the information I was given was incorrect, sorry. My debt relief caused my FICO score to drop dramatically! The people are heartless thieves. Everything that they told me was false. Be aware!

They figure if you are already drowning, it's easy to just take more money from your credit cards, and you aren't in any position to do anything about it. They hide under various identities and alleged names, anyway.
What state are they in, and what phone numbers did they call from or provide?
Dispute all charges on your credit cards, due to fraudulent misrepresentation.
File complaints with FTC, your state AG, that state AG, and both state bar associations, due to false claims of being an attorney.
