Poor customer service and inferior product

This company offers a beautiful website with awesome product choices in a multitude of different styles.  I ordered a vanity set to complete a room. The vanity set came with no mirror.  I simply called the 800# and the OWNER-Jonah-was the rudest person I have ever talked to in my entire life. He would not address my concern, hung up on me twice, refused to give me his last name, etc. I was told I had to send an email regarding my problem and then it would be addressed. (This information is not on the website, i.e. how to handle questions/concerns). Not the best way to handle a frustrated customer.  Of course I send the email and do not receive a response. I called again, was put on hold 7 times, and supposedly the mirror will be ordered. No explanation offered as to why it was missing in the first place.  The bolts that affix to the seat cushion aren't long enough to secure the cushion to the seat.  The seat cushion is very poor quality.  I am positive I won't be receiving the mirror/bolts from this company, so I will be have to send it back and then call multiple times for a credit.  If you don't want to be really really frustrated and not get good customer service of any kind, do not deal with ABC HOMESTORE, specifically the owner-Jonah. I can't provide his last name as he refused to give it me.  Due to my experience with this store, I will probably never order a furniture item ever again from any website. How sad that one person can be responsible for such a negative perception of the online buying game.
