The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act or FDCPA specifically states that a debt collector may not communicate with you at your place of employment if the debt collector knows or has reason to know the employer prohibits such contacts.
Send a certified letter with return receipt requested that states you do not want to be contacted at work and your employer does not allow this. Save this letter and proof of mailing. If they do not stop then you could always consult with a consumer attorney on the issue.
