Bad service

I joined three months ago and so far twice there have been no towels. The swim class is full and above capacity.  For one week the pool was closed due to what they said was a part needed. In this day and age it is possible to get any part overnight. Especially in the state of Florida where there are plenty of big businesses that have pools. 40+ people come in for the water class to find there are no towels to be had after the class. It is the manager's responsibility to be sure the towels are done the night before the classes. It is also the managers responsibility to make sure there are enough towels for the capacity of the pool on the days of the classes.

The locker room for the women is not supplied enough for 40+ women when the class ends. There are only four electrical outlets in the ladies locker room and only two blowdryers for all of the women in that swim class. The locker room also needs some standup fans for it is excruciatingly hot in there with all of the hot showers being taken.

The worst part is that nobody there will listen to the customers. These issues have been brought to them, but to no avail.
