A&E takes forever to get anything done

Our Kitchenaid dishwasher broke 2 weeks ago, and A&E came out twice, doing NOTHING either time.  The first time they said it's not covered and left. The second time they agreed it was covered but said they didn't have any parts with them.  They ordered the parts, and I waited a week, only to then hear that hte parts were on back order and that it'd take another 3 days to let me know when they would arrive. Only then could we set up an appointment.  The service is a joke.

Avoid using A&E at all costs.
