I've received emails regarding an outstanding online loan balance that I've already paid off for six years now.
This email was sent to my spam threatening legal action and I want it to stop!!!! It's very annoying and also scary that my information is included.
We are talking about the loan amount of $300 that you took with the company; Due to interest and penalty charges the amount raises up . it is online process so you will also make the payment online to our email address As company norms, we don't send to exchange full personal information on e-mail for security purpose .they do have which is signed under your e-mail address is leoaug1974@yahoo. com SSN ending with # 9313 also would like to mention your computer's IP address was also traced when you were signing the contract with the company. The company have to prove the money was successfully deposited into your municipal credit union bank account number ending with # 3668.
Talking about the creditor Ace Cash Services ACS is the mother company which owns & operates more than 100.00 parental payday loan websites Speedy Cash CASH NET USA, ELITE CASH, CASH AMERICA & 500 CASH ADVANCE etc. Your” means you as a participant in or as a user of the products and/or services offered by a Cash Advance Related Company.
Kindly let us know what is your intentions regarding this matter do you want to resolve this matter so that we can give you the settlement offer or else you want to dispute this into the court house because this email address is authorised $300.00 took the loan our company we can contact if you are not co-operating with us then unfortunately then we can action we will be forced to download this case against you and once it is downloaded the creditor has entire rights to inform your employer regarding this which is named and if you are found guilty under the bench of jury then you have to bear a law suit which will be amounting to $3565.79
NOTE : If you are willing to resolve this case then we can provide you a onetime settlement offer of $316.00 that has to be paid by today as paid in full with zero balance.
