Second time buttons became untufted

Purchased our sofa and loveseat in 2011, and we were very pleased.  We saved and invested wisley in our American made furniture, or so we thought!  One button on our sofa became untufted within a month.  One worries, our warranty covered the repair and we were pleased once again.  Less than a year later, another button, this time on our reclined popped loose and was untufted.  We reached out to England for assistance to find that our warranty ran out just days earlier!  We were told to hire a furniture refinisher or purchase a tool and repair on our own.  Are you kidding?? We paid more than two thousand dollars, and England refuses to stand behind their furniture.  Just when we thought we had spent more to get more, quite the opposite was true.  Never again England!  Sadly, our lesson was learned.
