called in march to have this stopped. have been charged each month afterwards

You are dealing with a cramming scam. Once they start charging, they will keep doing so until you block it.
Immediately contact your bank to dispute fraudulent charges, and blockthe card number or close the account to prevent further fraud. Follow up with a fraud affidavit sent to your bank's fraud department.
If they refuse to refund all moneys taken since your cancellation, file fraud complaints with FTC and your state AG, noting in your complaint that you cancelled in March, yet they continued to steal your money, ignoring your cancellation.
