Fraudulent credit card charges

In 2007, my daughter purchased Proactive and somehow ended up with these vitamins. I paid for the first charges and then contacted both Proactive and Vita-Power to cancel any further orders. We never received another shipment from them, and the next statement showed no charges from them, but starting up 3 years later, and for 3 years after that, Vita-Power charged our credit card every month for about $36. We never caught on, as we thought they were legit charges, that the other one had purchased. $1500 later, the card reached it's limits and the monthly GRC charge was denied by the credit card company. We never would have been alerted to the fraudulent charges, if GRC had not sent a nasty collections letter demanding payment. What unmitigated greed! One call to our credit card company (Chase) and all the charges were removed and the account was closed. Chase knew instantly who the charges were from, too - we didn't even have to name names. It's had to believe that nothing has been done, in the way of legal action to put this scamming company out of business. All three - Proactive, VitaPower and GRC, should be taken to task.

Put it on record that they used old credit card account information to fabricate "orders" and make fraudulent charges.
