Just now, April 9, 2012, I got a call from 'Heather'.  Press 1 to talk to account rep or 2 to discontinue further 'notices'.  I pressed 2 and a woman wanted to verify my current interest rate and that my card balances exceed $3,000.  I told her I don't pay any interest and want off their calling list.  She hung up.

Hello, We have no "legal" instruction, except what has been researched.
This rough draft notification document is being put together, and we need the American Consumer input, especially how to use it to end "card srevices" for good.

We the People of the United States of America, acting on the Authority given  under United States Contitution, make this notification public to all Americans Consumer Right of Private Action.  Absent laws enforced, Defendants continue to injure consumers,
reap unjust enrichment, and harm the public interest.
    U.S. Constitution:
“But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty to throw off such Government, and provide new Guards for their future security.”

                                                                   Article I
Emergency enactment adoption, amendment, or repeal of rules.

We the People find that the Federal Trade Commission “New Rules for Robocalls” insufficient to protect Americans. In paragraph four of a publication; “Prerecorded messages from a business that is contacting you to collect a debt also are permitted.”
The word “you” neither properly describes nor protects Americans.
We the People invoke Immediate Emergency Right of Private Action with the following corrections:
     A.   Any use of Robocall by debt collections is prohibited.
     B.   Any business calling as, or out of a foreign for profit business entity is prohibited.
     C.   Any business calling, “to collect a debt” will identify the entire business entity first
             and foremost.
     D.  No American will be a “client” of, or become a “client” resulting from only any Robocall from any business.
