    I too got the same message.  I wasn't sure weither it's true or fake.  Thanks to the above mentioned comments. Now I am sure that it's fake.

    I have also got this  same message yesterday. As per my knowledge it is the fake message. They are the real fraud of the world. They always trying to cheating the money from the smart mobile users. I suggest you all that please avoid this message ,communication and don't give your personal information to them.The cyber investigation dept. Should try to arrest that type of fraud immediately. It is illegal for our transaction.
    So Please beware of fraud. And don't send any amount to them.
    Be carefull.
