If you want a piece of mind, don't go with NOKIA

I purchased Nokia 6233 in February 2007. Just two weeks later the phone audio was not working. I sent the phone for repair to their customer service, it took a week. A month later, again the same problem with the audio. I called the customer service, they told me to send the phone again.

I called them a week later to check the status of my phone, they told me they are waiting for parts.

I already didn't want that defective phone, and asked if they can just send me a new one. They told me they cannot do it as their company has no such policy! Now I am stuck with the phone that has been repaired twice already. If you want a piece of mind, don't go with NOKIA
