I bought a mobile phone from Subhiksha mobile outlet a week ago. I came home, opened the box, and charged the phone. That evening while I was playing with different phone features the phone automatically booted itself. I went back to the Subhiksha and they refused to exchange the phone. I regret my purchase, and the phone continues to reboot itself from time to time.

    I bought a mobile phone from Subhiksha mobile outlet lajpat nagar part 1 new delhi on 19.08.07 model nokia 2626 they charged rs 2895 but the original price on another Subhiksha mobile outlet was 2710 i went back to the Subhiksha and they refused to refund the money

    I picked up two mobile from Subhiksha outlet on 30th March 2008 along with a connection pack for each of the phones. Today is April 18th and the connection have not been working till date. I went almost every day to the outlet and the response of the folks in the stores are pathetic. They just say that they will fix without any resolution. The phones at the outlets are always busy or routed to voice mails. May be they have so many more customers calling them to tell them how bad they are as a organization. This was at Subhiksha stores in Malleshwaram.

    Do not ever buy anything from Subhiksha.. they are pain !.. they have the junk in the world and obviously can accomodate to give it at lower cost !.. absolutely pathetic service of this organization... Do they think they can stay with such business ? ....

    No exchange & missbehave
    I pursahse a Fly Mobile on Subhiksha Stroe on Sunday evening at 7:45 Pm. but it has some problem in mobile i.e it's Usb port on working on computer.

    that's why i was going to shubhiksha to return this mobile now its 9:00Pm or Unfortunately subhiksha shutter half down. the gatekeeper of shubhiska said to me "please come tommorow

    next dat after attened my collage when i'was reach on shubhiksah center & say that i want exchange my mobile. the mobile store head miss shivani miss-behave with me & Say rubbish things like shut up, & shouting. & say that she was not able to change by mobile .
    I m asking a complaint centre no. but she don't give it to me.

    I want a change my mobile & wish -next time no customer goin on this satage & feel insulting.

    This complint is against subhiksha store IGNOU road Delhi.The people of this store do not know how to entertain the customer & waht is the scheme is now running. Really Iam so much Fadup with the Mr Manager of subhikaha IGNOU Roat Mr ARUN MISHRA. This so bad he do not know on which product scheme is running & He was triying to convayance me for which he dont know .I have two same incident with Mr ARUN only.I dont know how is he manager of a good store .If any body of Subhiksha is feel Iam a Valuble customer pl take action Against Me ARUN Mishra.Bec Iam somuch fadup with this gyu.
