I have recently paid of my debt two,and a half weeks ago,and asked for a simple letter. They have still not emailed me a simple little letter stating that I heave paid my balance in full,and my account was satisfied,and closed. So, anyone else who owes this joke a## company any money, I would be sceptical about paying it.

    That failure exposes you to the risk of fraud should they "accidentally" sell off this paid "debt" to some other collection agency.  

    File a complaint against them with the Washington Attorney General.
