when i calling for internet activation only getting arabic language. i need it in english

    mobily is giving internet offer 06+ 02=8 month but  the  disconnect internet  after six month. i made request by emai/ by visiting their offices dammam/aljbial they informed it will start with in 24 hrs. called on toll free no 056101100 and they informed  it is system problem  you have to recharges and i will loose two month. no one taking responsibility. in mobily and it seems a cheating with mobily customer please help in this amtter and protect all the customers
