It happened to me too.  I just spoke to VISA at Chase, where my account will be cancelled.  I had two charges - each for $74.95 - on 1/26 and 2/20.  The agent googled first Digital Star, which looked legitimate, and then Digital Star +44208123737, which brought up these scam reports.  Thanks to all who have reported their problems.  Until seeing them, we assumed we had just forgotten about something we had bought (although the second charge got us thinking something was wrong).

Numerous similar reports of fraudulent charges are being reported on other threads.  It appears that "Digital Star Ltd." was "dissolved" on Jan. 29, 2012.  It looks like their merchant account is now under control of criminals submitting fraudulent charges.

If you are getting fraudulent charges, IMMEDIATELY block the card number, and submit a fraud dispute to your bank.  Your bank can reverse fraudulent charges if you dispute promptly

They should Google "digital star fraud".
    (or any "company fraud")

It will get them straight to consumer fraud complaints on any company that has them.

Google also appears to know that "scam" is a synonym for "fraud".
It actually suggests "digital star fraud" if you Google "digital star".
