Rip off car cleaning charges

Not only did I have to wait nearly 1 hour to collect my Europcar hire car but when I returned it they charged an addition car cleaning charge because there was some sand in the car. Now I am complianing about the charge to which was £270 I am not getting any response from their customer services. Rubbish service and covert charges I will never use them again.
