WFW9050XW00 Whirlpool Frontloader Tears Holes in Clothes and Smells Moldy

This washing machine has been tearing holes in our clothes and reaks of mold/mildew. They say to use Affresh, which does NOT work. It's just an ineffective bandaid they came up with and a complete waste of money. There's an obvious design flaw in these front loading washing machines that is not being addressed. They say to leave the door open between loads...sure, if you want your whole house to smell like mold! Such a shame that a nice new machine can cause such havoc. The whole argument that you are using the wrong type or too much detergent is complete bs. Anything to turn the blame around. Seriously considering a new washing machine, top loading.
