No show, no contact

I wasted my entire afternoon waiting for this dirtbag outfit.  They have my name, my address, my phone, and my email.  It was bad enough that the best they could do was project a "window" between 1 & 5 PM.  Aside from not showing up at all (it is now after 6:00 PM) they didn't have the decency to even contact me.
Obvioulsy, it means nothing to these animals that they not only ruined my day, but my weekend as well, since I had company invited for Sunday dinner  but my oven is out of commission
