Bill Jinkins

I was called and informed I won based on a drawing where my phone number was picked, and I won $17.5 million, and NOT 1, BUT, 2 Mercedes.  Mr. Jinkins gave me my winning #, his badge # , and spent a lot of time conversing with me -  Very pleasant fellow.  I was told to open a second account at my banking institution, and they would put $5,000 in there to cover the shipping cost for the cars, and other related expenses in getting the prizes to me.  When I suggested they just put the whole $17.5 Million in the account, he balked at that idea, saying they needed to do it his way to make sure I was who I said I was. I told him that I really wasn't interested in playing games to get the money, and hung up.  Like they really had any intentions of giving me any money!!!
