Whirlpool not fixing washer under warranty- one month!

one month later we had to buy a new washer as Whirlpool would not get parts in to fix our washer. Had to Call, Email and Live Chat for three weeks to get someone to finally listen. They have moved it to Product Exchange Team which will take 7-10 more days to make a decision! Unacceptable for being down one month without washer. Now out another $450- will they try to replace or refund- does it really matter now?
