I am another victim these people consumed. I bought a warranty for 2007 BMW X5. Shortly after the warranty went into affect, I had issues. All of the issues were "pre-existing" they told me. One of their "inspectors" came to the dealer and made the assessment. One of the issues was a leaking A/C evaporator. The inspector said it is corroded and leaking. Interesting since it takes BMW mechanics over 13 hours to do the job which requires complete removal from within a case. Nothing can be seen or detected until that labor is performed. Finally I traded the vehicle and filled out all the proper forms for a pro-rated refund. I was approved, an amount was stated that we both approved and was told a check or return to credit card would take place within 10 days. It has been since March 19th!! No one will return my calls, my emails, or my faxes. Do yourself a favor, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
