wrong order length of wait for our food rude staff

My family and I enjoy toonie Tuesday weekly we went to kfc on lundys lane drive thru, we ordered our food a very simple order 4 toonie Tuesday's after a long line up we were givin an order but realized it wasn't ours so we tild the person working the window what are order was once again after along wait we were givin  our order and it was stone cold we asked for hot food and was givin attitude we spent 15 mins in line and realized we were over charged I asked for managements name and contact information and was told it was on the recipet
