Fulltrack services forcefully being thrust on my mobile phone

Hi

Since dec 2011 airtel has activated VAS on my mobile. Inspite of repeatedly asking airtel that I dont want this service I find that airtel is activating this on a daily basis and deducting Rs 2 for the same. I have logged about 10 compliants apart from the numerous calls I have made to airtel asking for this to be unsubcribed - yet i find that i get a message from them daily stating that this has been activated. One agent mentioned that this service has been activated on my mobile by default. To date I have been charged about INR 2000/- for this nonsensical service.

I will now approach the consumer court as I am left with no option. Additionally I am out of no choice now exiting airtel for another service provider.
