Subscription to gamesmania from airtel - deactivate it

I'am being charged Rs 5 everyday saying i'm being renewed for #gamesmaniasubscription for subscription service from airtel. i called customer support and asked them to deactivate it. They have informed that they have deactivated. but i am still getting message every day that it is been renewed and Rs 5 is being charged. Please deactivate it fast. I am not happy with Aitel Services it is very poor in custer care.
