Do not ever pay for a prepaid vacation with Spinnaker in Hilton Head. Its a scam. A big Scam.

We listened to a tour speech and in return was suppose to get a 3 day 2 night vacation pkg. They use Executive Tour and Travel Services, Inc. out of Daytona Beach, Fl. I requested trip dates twice and the dates were always unavailable. Even when I tried to make them 7 months in advance. They jack you around so they don't have to give you the trip. Never will do a tour again. '

Never answer a phone call from Spinnaker resorts. This company is filled with scammers. I paid 169 for a vacation package to go and listen to one of their presentations. They called for months trying to get me to come and "enjoy" a mini vacation. I scheduled a date and due to an emergency was not able to attend. I called and sent an email in advance to cancel the date. I did not hear back from anyone as I had requested a call back. Then a few days later they took 150.00 out of my account. I called and got the runaround from several incompetent people who stated that I needed to cancel 7 days out. I could never speak to a manager or the person "Chris" who originally "sold" me the package. He was too "busy" to speak with me. I have never witnessed this level of unprofessionalism in my life. I was never told of a fee and who schedules an emergency?!! These crooks should be put out of business. It is good to know that what goes around comes around. In other words Karma always makes a visit!
