Harrassing calls for cc. Northland Group assessed outrageous fees and want to collect on fees, this is a disgrace!

I am frequently receiving calls from this number (213-426-2705) everyday, all times of the day. I have text this number to tell them to stop calling, but my response is being ignored. Surely this is an automated system because when you answer it hangs up and when you call the number back, it does not go through; it hangs up as well. Yet and still, it will call back and sometimes back to back. Very nerve-wrecking.
