Unsolicited phone calls to my company cell phone

Universal survey has repeatedly called my company cell phone after they have been notified to put me on their no call list. 06/27/13 a Michael Shank called me on behalf of universal survey and after I had told him that this was the third call in 2 days and that the first call they were told to put my company cell phone number on their no call list and he told me " there's nothing you can do about it " implying that they would repeat their harassment. When I told Mr. Shank there are things that could be done, his reply was " good luck with that ".  Sometimes someone comes along that makes a perfect argument for pro abortion laws. In this case it's apparently a whole company that should be dismantled.
