Hello sir
I have a airtel  prepaid mobile.since from last 11sept.,airtel has activated hungama club on my mobile i have not subscribed any services though they are deducting daily rs.5 from my acount.i have complaint to the compny but they have not deactivate the service yet.and now they don't let me conect to the service.how can i compaint my isue?i have been charged Rs.31 till today and i want my money refunded and the service stopped today now at this time otherwise i will chnge my service provider.
Plz do somthing early.i cann't afford such a loss.

     i am Vinod i using mob no. 9880083551 on 18 Sep 11  Rs.40/- charged for Airtel TV activation without my request/knowledge I complainted your costomer care coplaint no.COVWC30918442592 after this today on 01 Oct 11 charging Rs.30/- for same thing. Please give my money back.

    I've a SIM card of AirTel prepaid (+918290289995) of Rajasthan, now I'm in Gujarat. Yesterday, I went to Rajasthan & recharged with Rs.30, got Rs.23 talktime. I just called 4-5 times only. After sometime, I got 2 msgs from AD-54321:
    Thanks for downloading Wallpaper from Airtel. You have been charged Rs 5.
    &
    Thanks for downloading Wallpaper from Airtel. You have been charged Rs 10.
    Why??? :-( :-(
    Now I'm unable to contact Rajasthan's customer care, its charged @ Rs1.5/min.

    There has been wrong deduction of 50 rs from my account.when i try to contact local customer care they are not providing the correct resolution . i have been using airtel services from the day airtel started its operations in j&k. I m very much sure that it is a wrong deduction. the behaviour of the local c.c supervisor named ishtiaq was very much negative. so i want u to please look into the matter and see if u can do something otHerwise the only option left with me is to change my service provider through m.n.p. my mobile no is 9596382015
