    It's a cramming scam..
    Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charges as fraudulent, and have your bank block your card number to prevent further fraud and theft.  Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3  months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
