Hardware upgrade - received an obsolete phone

I did a hardware upgrade. My husband and daughter got the Corby Pro 85310 and as the valued customer offered the zero$ phone for being such a customer I bought the LG GR 500R which does not sync music to Windows 7.
I called twice within 30 days complaining about this problem not knowing as was told to call LG myself and was told that only Bell & Telus sold the new LG phones that are Windows 7 compatible.
The representives and manager told me I did not do "Buyers Remorse" within 15 days or 30 min. I was not offered a phone that suited my needs that was not obsolete and was mis-represented on the purchase of this phone from the start in a promotional letter saying I am a valued customer. I am not.
