Poor Quality Food

On valentine's day my wife and I ate at the Red Lobster Restaurant in Monroeville. We have eaten here many times before but on this occasion the food was terrible. My baked potato was raw my broccoli which I ordered was not delivered until I complained and when received it was not cooked. I mean right off the stock.  I have eaten here many times before and everything was good. I now must decide if the quality which once the restaurant was noted for is now a thing of the past...
