Mobile data not connected reg

Hi, This is Prabakar. My number is 9952599499, I am using this postpaid number for almost 5-6 years. Day by Day service was too worst. In recent days it was horrible, from the past two months my mobile data was connected. I have mentioned my efforts to solve this issue but finally nothing happened.
1. From the first time I have raised the complaint to customer care, they told will sort out this issue within 24hrs. But nothing happened.
2. After two days again raised the complaint to customer care, but this time the answer is different. They asks to remove the SIM from mobile and insert again fortunately the problem remains the same.
3. Third time I visited to near by Airtel store, they given a new reason. There is problem in their portal, they will sort out this issue in two days. After a week nothing happened.
4. Again I am visited the same store again new reasons, they want to send the mail to customer care manager they will solve the problems in 48hrs, again the results remains the same.

Tell me folks wat can I do, how this people irritating the customers. I don't know what I have to do. This people killed my patience.
