You are right.  This company has been taking money out of my account for months and did not realize it.  They need to be shut down.  Someone should contact the State Attorney's office in Minnesota.  That's where their headquarters are.

    I also just noticed that I have been charged by this company starting on 4/02/08 for a dollar then each month for 19.95 with the last one on 10/30/08.  For a total of $140.65.  I called the 800-475-1942 MN number and a Man asked for my last name and zip code.  I then told him I was being charged and had no idea what it was for.  He said he was with Membership Services company and that Value Plus was a company that provides this service for discounts that you get through email?  He said he would send a cancelation form via mail and refund request papers to get my money back.  He said I could check the status of refund at www.memberstatus.com.  Hope this actually works?
