Funds removed from my checking account

I received free sample pf Somnapure.  Then my checking account was withdrawn $34.98, not authorized.  I made several calls, was told my money would be deposited back into my account.  I sent back the shipment sent to me that I did not order.  Still waiting for my money since 11/12/13.  Very angry at this point.  Something must be done.  Each call I speak to someone different and I am given a line of crap.  I want my money back.  Due to the company removing the $34.98, a check that I sent out bounced and my bank charged me a $30 insufficient fee.  This company screwed me up.
