This store's website advertises great prices on kitchen appliances. Plus, they have several logos at the bottom of their site, proclaiming awards and high ratings.
BUYER BEWARE, they don't deliver! I placed an order for a burr grinder on Feb 10. I promptly received an email saying most orders were shipped within 5 business days. I hoped it was going to be shipped with priority shipping, because they charged $11.36 shipping for a $19.99 item.
Today is Feb 28, and I still have not received my item. Their website says allow 15 business days, but shows my area should receive ground shipments within three days. I have tried contacting them, but received only automated responses.
I have received NO info about the status of my order, only generic responses. I requested a refund today. I will update this complaint when/if I ever hear from these people.

This is way beyond any excusable "sloppiness" - it is a consistent pattern that has caused the Better Business Bureau to give them an "unsatisfactory" rating and that is hard to do.
There are a couple of places on the New York AGs website that provide complaint forms. I may do some more investigation to see if there is anything more than the "mediation" recommendations. I suspect there is, but it will take some digging.
Fraud is considered by too many AG's offices as a "private dispute" when it is not - it is a crime. And we all pay tax dollars for protection from crime.
I believe that the conduct of this company is very likely criminal.
