I do not know the person you state calling collect. I do not know a Chris Larson - Lawson. I will not pay for this bill. If you try to disconnect my phone services, I will turn you in as a fraudulent company. I am tired of getting umpteen calls a day regarding this matter, especially when you cannot even reach a live person when calling your phone # 866-720-2137. If you do not resolve this matter and stop with the harrasing and annoying automated phone calls, I will turn this matter into the state attorney general in California.I do not need your services and only use Verizon for any collect calls and do not except phone calls of this nature from outsourced companies due to the fact,companies like this overcharge and take advantage of people who are to ignorant to figure out there are less expensive and better phone services than your company. Please respond ASAP!!!

    Based on other complaints, although they claim to have some "patent-pending" way to verify "authorization" of charges. they have many complaints of harassing the wrong party without providing any effective way to stop their "erroneous" calls.  They are a public nuisance you need not put up with.

    File a complaint with the Indiana Attorney General.

    Also file a complaint with the California Attorney General, since it is illegal to make autodialed recorded calls in California without the permission of the consumer.  If they are calling some other person, but calling YOUR number, then YOU did not give them permission.
