False advertizing and misleading costomers

They tell you that you will and can buy for as much as 50-to-75% off of retail mark-up,when I was going online in 2006 to check the companys'web site there was always either a discontinue of what I wanted or if I went to the show room to look in the books I could not find what was in the cataloge. It took four months before I got my first catalog. One time I got a catalog with companies name on it as though that was where they buy from or do business with. I call the company. They said that theydo sell that product,the don't do business with Direct Buy. The next week when I went to the show room to pick out and order some furniture they didn't have the company's book in there show room any more. There was times when I couldn't get into the website. all this went on for about 6 months.  by then I want'ed my money back. I told them it should have not taken someone this long to be able to buy from you. I've encountered problem after problem. I'm not going to pay any more.It didn't take long for them to send me a harrassing letter about what I owe. and that amout will be on my credit record. How can I get my money back or have that droped off my credit without filing Bankrupsy.
